Essa musica faz parte de trilha sonora do filme "Aladdin" da Disney ela se chama "Proud Of Your Boy", ela foi um tema importante para o pessoal da produção do filme. Ele foi escrito por Howard Ashman e Alan Menken, a dupla que também escreveu a música para a "Pequena Sereia" e "A Bela ea Fera". A música é focada no relacionamento de Aladim com sua mãe e Ashman disse que era sua canção favorita no filme, eu tambem me indentifiquei com a musica pois ela reflete um pouco do meu relacionamento com a minha mãe.

No meio da produção de Aladdin Ashman morreu de AIDS. Foi difícil para o pessoal, mas se tornou ainda mais difícil para Alan, quando foi tomada a decisão de levar a mãe para fora da história. O corte significa tirar "Proud Of Your Boy" do filme. E com o DVD em edição especial Alan teve a chance de poder gravar a musica e assim homenagear o seu amigo, a musica foi cantada por Clay Aiken e você confere logo abixo o clipe da musica ea sua letra original.
